  • • Nakshara (nakshara.app) is owned and operated by Aktai Ltd (registered in England & Wales, company number 17199439). Registered address: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

The service

  • • We provide descriptive reports based on traditional jyotish (Ashtakoota Guna Milan, dosha checks).
  • • The report is informational; it does not give a marry / do-not-marry verdict or any guarantee.
  • • The report is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. It is provided for informational and entertainment purposes, and no outcome is guaranteed.

Eligibility

  • • You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use this service.
  • • If you enter a minor's birth details, you confirm you are their parent or guardian, or have their consent.

Payment and delivery

  • • After the free teaser, enter your email and WhatsApp number to get the full report.
  • • Payments are collected by a secure payment processor on behalf of Aktai Ltd, the merchant of record. The charge may appear on your card or bank statement as "AKTAI LTD" or "NAKSHARA".
  • • On verified payment the report appears on the page and is sent to your email and WhatsApp.
  • • If preparation is delayed after payment, it is delivered as soon as it is ready.

Acceptable use

  • • Please enter only your own birth details, or those of people who have consented.

Intellectual property

  • • The Nakshara website, its design, and the calculation methodology are our property.
  • • Your paid report is for your personal use; please do not resell or commercially redistribute it.

Liability

  • • The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. Decisions remain your own.
  • • To the extent permitted by law, Aktai Ltd's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the report.
  • • This limit does not affect your mandatory, non-waivable rights under India's Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and does not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by fraud or negligence.

Indemnification

  • • You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from your breach of these terms, misuse of the service, or entering someone else's birth details without their consent.
  • • As against a consumer, this obligation applies only to the extent it is fair and enforceable under applicable consumer-protection law.

Grievance officer

  • • Grievance Officer: Aktai Ltd, contact [email protected] (per India's Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020).
  • • We acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.

Governing law and jurisdiction

  • • These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
  • • This does not affect your mandatory consumer-protection rights in India; you may also file a complaint with an Indian consumer forum.

General terms

  • • We may update these terms from time to time; the date on this page reflects the latest version.
  • • If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remain in effect.
  • • Failing to enforce a term is not a waiver of it.
