3-day satisfaction window
- • If you are not satisfied with the delivered report, request a full refund within 3 days of delivery.

Other full-refund cases
- • Payment succeeded but the report was not generated or delivered.
- • A duplicate charge, or the wrong amount was charged.
Refund process
